Training and fitness has always been apart of my life. I started playing basketball at an early age, and was able to see the world because of it. I played competitively through high school and college. After college I went to Denmark and Germany to play professionally for 2 years. Although playing is my passion, I found a satisfaction in developing and training younger athletes. After some thought I wanted to come back to the states and help younger players realize their dreams of playing and training at a higher level.

I returned back to the states in 2011, and got into personal training. After a few slow months I was able to build a wide spread clientele. I’ve worked with all age groups from middle school to senior citizens. Weather you are trying get in your best shape, looking to improve in your sport of choice, or just trying to maintain and prevent injuries I will be able to assist you.

Outside of individual training, I also run a year round basketball development camp in Coral Springs FL. In these camps we offer position development as well as college prep for high school players looking to take their game to the next level. Along with the development camps I have a thriving summer travel tea.  As the Coral Springs Hurricanes, we travel throughout Florida giving our players the exposure they need to attract college scouts in hopes of getting full scholarships for our student athletes. In addition to the basketball camps, I also offer speed and agility workouts for athletes in all sports. My goal is to help as many high school athletes get to a college.

In conjunction with my training I took time developing an extensive knowledge of nutrition advice that works for individuals according to there goals and body types. Fitness and nutrition work hand and hand, so learning about how food works with the body is important to your overall fitness and health.

My passion is sports and fitness, and if I am able to help others along then that is an added blessing. Being fit is a lifestyle, not a quick solution. It takes time and dedication to you. I just want to be able to be a stepping stone for others to better themselves.
